All retail orders require 3-5 business days for processing.

All wholesale orders require 7-21 days for processing.
All virtual sessions are non-refundable and are hosted using the Google meet platform. Clients who are "no shows" will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
All digital products allow for three downloads. If a customer experiences difficulties, the issue can be resolved by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Business tools with unlimited access are provided via Google Drive and require a Gmail address. Sharing any digital tools will result in the automatic revocation of access and no refund will be provided.
